The 2023 Virginia Wine Governor’s Cup Competition, which evaluated 614 of the best Virginia wines from across the Commonwealth under the direction of Jay Youmans MW, has announced the medal winners, With 66 wineries receiving 142 Gold Medals.

The Governor’s Cup winner from among the 12 Case finalists will be announced in person by Governor Youngkin at the gala gold medal tasting event in Richmond at the Main Street Station on Thursday, 2/23 from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
